Satan!!!

Have any of you seen Satan?

yes, every time I judge someone else, and myself, I see satan.

Whenever I am tempted to believe that I am a victim of something-that's satan

Whenever I project my own self hatred onto another person, institution or country-that's satan.

When I am tempted to indulge in some material distraction instead of choosing to surrender and connect with my higher self, I see satan.

I see it in other people easily, too easily sometimes....and I see it in myself when I am willing to own it.

All satan is is that anti-pole of light, truth, self responsibility self love. So, it's freaking all over the place!

as stated in Ephesians6:12, "....we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual weakness in high places." (or wicked spirits in the "heavenlies") In other words, it is CONSCIOUSNESS that we are feeling in opposition to the light, and who's would that be, but our own?

Claiming our inheritence in GOD (SOURCE, oneness, truth, love) dispels satan...but we have to claim it-own it, which means be responsible for it!!

Seriously, I am convinced that Satan (or what ever you call "him") is just a man made creation that hide out in our inner darkness, feeding on fear. Of course, entities with bad intentions don't miss to take advantage of this and finds joy in materialize in its shape.

I am going to tell a little experience:
I was sitting in my car in the road near a forest at night, and was just going to be in the void all night , when I start hearing hooves clasping the road, I think what the heck, and continue in the void.
Next I start hearing little taps inside my car, in that moment I decided to get out of the void.

man, so many fundamentalist christian beliefs get mixed in with "end times" "new age" beliefs and bible quotes. theres so much "christ light be with you" "angelic beings of light" "ascended masters" the whole war against good and evil fits right into the religious paradigm.

i wonder if all these fringe folk are wanting to substitute christianity with aliens.

not a lot of muslims jews hindus or buddhists here eh?

if you guys look back at history salvationist religions originated pretty recently, and biological humans have been around a long long time before judeo christian/muslim/hindu etc popped up.

sometimes i wish we could go back to living as balanced tribes and scrap civilization/wage slavery and religion alltogether (ps i know spirituality is different than religion)

man didnt need to be "saved" until civilization sucked enough to invent all this heaven/hell salvation stuff.

being from an agnostic backround and logic/science frame of mind, ive only recently embraced a larger spirituality so, i find it disconcerting that im amidst so many quasi religious people or people who believe in "satan"

this forum feels like the twilight zone sometimes and i wonder what im doing in a place that mentions jesus, satan and the bible so much...yeesh.
