The election's over. He won. Some of us are happy, some are not. Is it possible to take a break from flooding this site with O threads?

All I see is folks embroiled in drama, either reacting or defending. What a waste of energy. Let's stay on track. We're here to help uplift each other, to brave the coming changes, and to evolve.

Discussing the PTB (or will be) will always be pertinent to these forums, sorry to say...After all, they are a piece to the puzzle.

And when we discuss the destiny of our families, they are a part as well. To exclude them as invaluable or insignificant is to repeat their mistake.

Maybe have one thread for all things Obama. And be extra nice and title it 'The President Elect' thread.

I seriously can't take hearing or reading about him anymore for awhile. We are going to hear his name every single day for the next 4 years or more anyway, I'd love to be able to visit non-political sites without constantly reading about the election.

Anyway, I will not waste my time in that vein any longer.

I say we bury the Obama threads for awhile here in Off Topic, w/ threads like quotes and jokes.

When you see an Obama thread, go post a joke in quotes and jokes. I'm headed there now.
