Forgive me, I live in UK and don't know about these things, but....
Is it true that the recent gift of (almost) a trillion dollars from US citizens to the ruling cabal in DC is actually being overseen by a former high honcho from Area 51, known to the Russians as "Stargate Commander", Neel Kashkari?

Prior to his career in finance, Mr. Kashkari was a R&D Principal Investigator at TRW in Redondo Beach, California where he developed technology for NASA space science missions such as the James Webb Space Telescope.
