So does anyone know if Kerry's show was on last Thursday and if this interview took place? It appears to be in the Micro Effects archive...

Yes, the interview took place and it was very good. It is archived on Micro Effect Network but only for subscribers (at $20/month!). I hope Kerry is able to archive it on Project Camelot.
