Default Sinister Sites – St. John The Divine Cathedral

The destruction of New York city (including the Twin Towers) sculpted right on the building… Strange occult symbols on the floor… Weird rituals being performed in the sanctuary… Home of the Temple of Understanding which admittedly seeks to instate a new world religion… This cathedral is definitively “different”, as some people might say. But the “difference” lies in the fact that the cathedral is in fact a temple of Neo-Pagan-Bordeline-Satanic-the-Environment-is-more-imoprtant-than-human-life beliefs. I personally couldn’t care less about each individual’s beliefs, but to trick unsuspecting church goers into an occult house of worship is nothing less than Evil.

The Symbols
The impressive exterior of the cathedral provokes a humbling sensation at whom gazes at it. But what are you humbling yourself to? We’ll examine the details of the artwork.

1- The Apocalyptic Pillar
On the western facade of the building, stonemasons have sculpted numerous scenes that seem oddly out of place for a Cathedral. The most striking one is the chilling depiction of the destruction of New York city and its landmarks.

The scene above was done in 1997, four years before the destruction of the Twin Towers. Other recognizable skyscrapers are the Chrysler Building and the Citigroup center.

The scene above might be unsettling for New York residents. We see the Brooklyn bridge crumbling with cars and buses falling into agitated waters. At the right is the Statue of Liberty, which seems to be sinking in the water. Beneath this horrifying prophecy is the New York Stock Exchange, with people trading goods around it.

I love cathedrals...and I hate cathedrals. I recently pointed out pagan...and even satanic...aspects of the symbology and services at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine...to people who attend there. We had a brief and friendly debate. I LOVE the acoustics and the recently renovated pipe organ(which was damaged by a fire shortly after 9/11) at this cathedral. If I attended a church...it would probably be an Episcopal church. I just wish they could get rid of all the creepy stuff! A major study of all the major churches and government buildings throughout the world...regarding symbology and depictions would be very, very interesting. I have seen the smoke...but I think there is plenty of fire as well. I continue to believe that Lucifer is the God of This World...and controls governments, religions...and even the architecture of many government and religious buildings. I speculate a lot...and I admit it...but I don't expect those who really know to blurt out a lot of this sort of thing. I have found gargoyles to be very creepy. In one church(I can't remember which) there is a figure called the 'domschratt' which is a demon blowing a whistle or pipe of some kind. I copied it out of the book I found it in. I think it was in Germany. Washington D.C. is a case-study in occult symbology. All of this needs to become common knowledge...without any finger pointing or hatred. It is simply a dark part of our history...which seems to consist of more shadows than sunshine.
