Default Incredibly sick now

I developed something nasty on Sunday and it's done nothing but progress from a major asthma attack to nasty chest congestion to also mimicking symptoms of the common cold (sneezing, coughing, runny nose, nausea).

I am on a variety of medicines but due to my schedule, I am unable to miss prolonged periods of work, which makes it difficult to get the rest that I need. I am doing everything that I possibly can to keep going until tomorrow when I can spend the whole weekend resting.

Any advice? Anyone got any positive energy they'd like to send my way? Much appreciated and this is quite possibly the worst I've been sick in years. I usually get the flu or a big cold once a year.

Yeah, sorry to hear that HJ!!! For what its worth, we drink massive amounts of herbal tea when we get it, and my daughter gets asthma too, we use alot of Thyme. Thyme in teas, thyme in a stong cream to rub on the chest and back (which is very stong smelling so you know in advance if you have to go out-haha), and thyme in a cold steam inhalation machine.(use thyme tea in place of medicine like Bricanyl or ventolin) and steam showers! (also can use the tea in the shower steam)You can also buy thyme tablets. It helps us/her out alot when we get so down with the Bugs!!! There are so many herbs/herbal combinations you can use, but unfortunately I am no herbalist. We also use raw onions, put them by our heads when we sleep or rest, and/or put them on your chest, our doctors reccomend it here-seriously-its stinky too-so be forwarned if you have to go out.haha- Hope this can be of some help to you, and that you recover soon!

Hello Humble,

So sorry to hear you are so sick. My advice is to keep warm, do not eat any dairy products, keep off milk in patricular. Eat some home-prepared soup and try to rest.

Have you tried MMS?

I am sending you lots of healing energy, lots of light to heal and bless you. You are in my thoughts and prayers, I will especially ask Archangel Raphael to watch over you and speed your recovery.

Hugs n warms

Blessings Humble Janitor,

It's probably too late now, but I hear when a person feels that funny feeling that they may be catching something to put Hydrogen Peroxide in the ears, well one at a time, laying on the side and letting it set there for 20 minutes or so and it quite often will stop the virus or bacteria from taking hold. I've read both using H202 full strength and I've read using it 50/50 with water.

Other than that, drink plenty of alkaline water.

Echinacea is for viruses and golden seal is for bacterial illnesses. Probably massive amounts of Vitamin C also.

Hope you feel better soon.

Bless you!!!!

You are sick for a reason - I know it doesn't help, but its worth remembering.

If I were you, I would be doing the following:

a) Lay down, close eyes, call on the Mobile Astral Surgical Hospital - (no joke) - ask them to help cure or ameliorate your sickness.

b) Ask guides for help in understanding what you did that requires this catalyst.

Get as much sleep as possible (MASH often need you asleep before they can work)

Drink lots of liquids.

Don't skimp on the Vitamin C

I wish you a speedy recovery. You can have all the love and light you need.

A..

PS: If that MASH reference looks mad, try reading ET101 again.

Been getting a lot of Vitamin C and trying to drink more water as well. Not doing too bad there.

I would love to sleep now but a crappy economy keeps me on my toes in regards to hanging on to my job and I question why I am still doing schooling as I have no real interest once schooling is finished.

Anyway, thanks all and I will return your kindness with some kindness of my own in your time of need.

Hi Humble Janitor,

I used to get only one cold a year too.

I think your illness could be a sign of your age creeping up on you!
We tend to get more susceptible to these prolonged periods of ailments as time passes by.

What I do is down a whole bottle of "Night Nurse" and go to bed. I sweat loads and sleep all night (at least I hope it's sweat!) and the following day wake up sound as a pound - although the pound crashed recently but you know what I mean.

Get well soon! I need someone to argue with.

Best regards,

Steve

Get well soon mate, Anchor's advice is spot on though. You can reduce the impact of illness by thoughts, mentally extracting the sickness. Best wishes, P.

I noticed you made a comment in the EFT Thread regarding anxiety.

The EFT method can be used for a sick feeling also.

Suggested words:

For the hacking point on the side of the hand:
"Even though I have this sick feeling I deeply and completely love and accept myself." (Repeat this statement three times while continually tapping the side of the hand.)

When tapping the other points say: "This sick feeling." (Tapping at least 5 - 7 times each point)

Repeat the procedure a few times and throughout the day....

Wishing you well.

Hey HB , I just went to the doc yesterday, been sick ever since I took that plane flight back from yellowstone 3 weeks ago. I have had a low grade fever on and off since then and congestion in my head, sinuses, and now it moved down in my chest, been sneezing and coughing up this think yellow super glue stuff. Sorry about the description. I don't go to the docs very often and for the last 3 weeks this is what I did.

Tea with honey, lemon, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, and a dash of whiskey or brandy. If it's during the day skip the booze.

Boil water everyday at night and in the a.m. and take some vicks save, put a heaping tablespoon of that in the boiling water and let it fill the house and breathe some of that in by the stove, Do this everyday and yes like someone else said hot showers and breathe in the steam. It will loosen that stuff up.

And vitamin C, lots of it. If your coughing at night get that Robitissim DM MAX , that stuff is thick at syrup and will sit in your throat so you can get some sleep at night, rest is probably the most important.

And finally if after 3 weeks it's moved out of my head to just a bit in my chest and your still feeling like ****, It's the doctors time,They gave me an antibiotic shot in the tush, antibiotic pills for 10 days, a Z pak which is steroids for 5 days and an inhaler. This is pretty rare for me but I've had friends die of pneumonia in there 40's and you could get an infection in your brain if this thing goes on and on for weeks and thats another ticket you know where.

The cayenne pepper and apple cider vinegar will help, if you have a real bad sore throat, hold your nose and gargle with the vinegar and spit it out, it's nasty but your sore throat will go away instantly. remember to use the dark vingar only apple cider vingar, not the white. Chicken soup too.

HB you probably said what everyone else has been saying , this is the sickest I've ever been, Thats what the bees and bats are saying too! It's either these chemtrails or the viruses are just combiningg for a superbug one day and getting stonrger, don't use any antibacterial anything in your house or on your hands, and beware of the most highly bacterial areas, shopping carts at the store and movie theatre seats.

Hope this helps. Get better!

This is where I would start. The conflict your having over finishing school and having no interest after it has ended. I don't know what this exactly means but it sounds like your ego self is doing what it should do because of the 'crappy economy' and your soul is yearning for something else. I would begin the inquiry as to what that is.
Get out of debt, if you are, so your soul can choose what it wants. You may be surprised where you end up!

Remember disease is just that DIS-ease. Your body will react in illness anytime there is internal conflict.

I will send you lots of healing light but I think this is one you have control over.

My hubby came home sick a couple weeks ago and cried he needed hot whisky.. Well there is not any in the house... BUT my cold cure worked.

1000 mg "2 of the 500 mg tabs" of L-Lysine.. every 6 hours. He did that for 2 days and kicked it.

I found that when it got me it was due to other things like the flu bug that hit Idaho this past week. After I got over the stomach thing the cold tried but I was ready. I also highly recomned E and Selenium The Rexal natual line has it all in one cap.

I hope you are getting on the other side of it by now but if not the L-Lysine is the one thing I was recomend you get around

glad to hear, you are feeling better

ask to re-install all your vibrations
from 0 to 1000

then, you will almost never get sick

ask Your Essence, or the Essence of Your Monad, aka Your Higher Self to do this for you !!!

(it is an ancient secret, that oft times, works)

do, each vibration, including zero point,

one at a time

do NOT try to install all of them at once

go slow -- do, about 50 per day
up to the 200 vibration

and, then, maybe 10 per day

there are souls on earth, that do, hold this 1,000 vibrations

however, for most people, having as many as 300, would be very benefical

love/susan

Smile Zinc will help cure colds

If it is a cold like virus, this is what I suggest.

Take zinc daily, starting with twice a day for about 3 days, then perhaps only 1 until it subsides. Take with food, otherwise it can upset an empty stomach. When cold is over, you don't take it any more.

Thirty years ago, I had a elderly neighbor tell me he knew how to cure the common cold. He advised me to take zinc the very first day sniffles or cough started. The body uses this mineral to boost natural immunization, and it helps with healing. That is why zinc is in ointments to help baby bottoms heal, or for other skin healing. And it is in dandruff shampoo to help heal the scalp.

So I did what my wise neighbor suggested, and found that it worked. I used it to head off colds for 20 years, until 'science' found out it was true. You'll now find zinc in cough lozenges, and in other cold remedies now. It is because it works. It helps heal sore throats faster too.
All the drug companies selling cold medicines... day quill, night quill... won't tell you about this, because they want you to buy their bottles for days on end.

The sooner in the cold that you take it, the more effective it will be. I still feel that even if I wait until the 3rd day of a cold, that it will hasten getting over the cold. You can take the zinc with other medicine as well.

Slowly I've gotten friends to try this... and they've all come back to me confirming it has worked for them. It's often hard to get people to try something new...we get into old habits. All I can say, is try it.

Good luck!

Better stock up on the Zinc then. I also use vitamin c drops or drink vitamin c smoothies to get my vitamin c. I would eat fruit but everything I try to eat is tasteless. At least I don't have nausea anymore.

Since nobody else has said it and I'm not shy, smoke a joint, it will cure nausea, help you sleep, and make you hungry!!
