You've only got a yo-yo as long as the string doesn't break

Also, there no longer seems to be any meaningful correlation between the major currency pairs. The only 'constant' that I can fathom seems to be the Japan Central Bank's 'interventions' which is maintaining the USD value relative to the Yen - the other majors are all over the place! Watch out (below) if/when the JCB decides that this is just throwing good money after bad...
