Follow Bruce Parry as he is initiated in a ritual by using a powerful hallucinogenic which makes one confront the inner world.

I was most fascinated by how different this culture then mine. My culture seems rather mundane now in so many ways.

I imported some Ibogaine (Tabernanthe Iboga) into Australia for my own personal use a few years ago.

It was seized by Customs.

I informed them exactly what it was and what I planned to use it for.

They said they had no listing of it.

2 weeks later they informed me it was now listed as a 'prohibited narcotic'.

I lost my money and my Ibogaine but I'm grateful that I was not fined and it didn't go any further.

Beautiful video's and much thx for the post.
There is surely universal truth in it.
It's a good learning path for everybody, but shamefully prohibited in a lot of soceities.

ahh to bad you never got to try it.
It's ironic isn't it? From cradle to grave we are told "don't do drugs", yet in every shopping center there is a drug store or drug mart.
