Northern Boy,

I think it would be best to list it separately, in case some people agree with nuclear disarmament but think nuclear energy is okay.

What do you think?

Okay, do I understand correctly that to return to NO TAX means that we would eliminate the federal income tax and IRS, and replace them with tariffs (thus the name "no tax," it's a tariff not a tax) on imports and exports?

If I do understand correctly, I'm thinking about updating the list to read:

5. Have a national debate about taxes to consider various options:
  • Abolish the federal income tax and IRS
  • Introduce a flat sales tax
  • Go back to tariffs on imports and exports
  • Establish a tax on the properties and "income" of all religious organizations, without exception

What do you think?
Thanks Seashore.

Quick aside, for those of you who have not watched Michael Badnarik's Constitution Class (Parts 1 and 2 access from here, parts 3 to 7 accessible here), and The Money Masters I HIGHLY recommend that you do. Gives enormous clarity to these subjects!

Let me hit your list points here one by one:[*]Abolish the federal income tax and IRS
It is the people's greatest & sole duty and obligation to print and control their own money. Any private institution (especially those with international [conflicts of] interest) must be immediately shut down, assets seized, and fully investigated such that treasonous individuals, corporations and other beneficiaries on their payroll may be dealt with swiftly. This includes the IRS, Federal Reserve, International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Bank of International Settlements (BIS) branches on US soil. Next, all assets including the people's gold seized in 1933 (thank you FDR) are to be returned along with all individual assets - all properties - alodial title issued.

[*]Introduce a flat sales tax
Prior to any talk about taxation:

1) A discussion/determination of what money is! Dollars are debt notes of our bankruptcy! What is it that has value and how can that be turned into a means of exchange? The supply of whatever is decided upon must be heavily scrutinized and balanced. Zero inflation! Prior to the fed 1776-1913 there was no inflation. George Washington paid the same for a loaf of bread that Lincoln did! Inflation is carefully orchestrated theft that we now accept as common.

2) A discussion on what needs to be paid for must occur. I would argue 90% of federal spending is frivolous and unnecessary. Overspending on mediocre to worthless programs where large sums of money are siphoned off by bureaucrats and other useless middle-men is not part of our national obligation IMO. I want to see the WHOLE balance sheet with every single penny accounted for. Those missing are to be investigated with the same fervor and repercussions as stated previously. All federal programs are to be fair and apportioned just as the money collected to pay for them will be. If we all cannot benefit from a program TODAY, then it isn't fair and apportioned. We can all benefit from a road today if we choose. This can't be said of social welfare (socialism). No more "special interests" or "special programs" which are designed as business "fronts" to steal your money. Government is for everyone at every-time. Anything outside these bounds will fall into state and community based programs - not federal.

The programs in place must also be under heavy scrutiny. All relationships and payments revealed. Performance of said programs and monies also fully transparent. Participation in said programs is optional.

Government representatives are given the privilege to carry out the responsibilities of these programs by the sovereign US nationals (not citizens) and may be removed at any time, for any reason. All actions fully transparent - budgets, bank accounts, relationships. Secrecy is one of many roots of evil. There is no need for secrecy among free people and free nations.

The system of OWING (i.e enslavement) must be replaced with a system of contribution which may be paid forward or in reverse through a variety of equitable means. EG - labor or other personal contributions measurable in the balanced system of money; or money itself which represents past labor. If the community needs roads, I may opt to exchange my labor as contribution for those roads (assuming qualification) as opposed to contributing money. This could be in the form of digging, designing, maintaining or any other laborious service. In a fully balanced and transparent system, these things are equal and mutually acceptable.

[*]Go back to tariffs on imports and exports

Pre-income tax era, all federal monies were collected in sufficient quantity to sustain and even profit the county by these means in addition to taxes on the profits of corporations. Once the value of our currency explodes (in a non-debt arrangement) and individual sovereignty and prosperity return, a flood of opportunity for imports and exports will ensue. Our next responsibility here is to construct and ensure environmentally friendly ways (from product origin to death) to deal with these products. Naturally the technology seized and released once sovereignty has returned will be a big help in this area.
[*]Establish a tax on the properties and "income" of all religious organizations, without exception.

Full transparency will reveal many truths about these organizations. Non-profit organizations must show that they have not profited. No more complicated, over-bloated legal mumbo-jumbo. If you receive contributions from any source for any service or product (religious or otherwise), you are a business. Tax will only apply if profits (not prophets =P) are made. Profit is easily definable. No more tax shelters or embezzling - every penny-trail is completely transparent.

End secrecy. Ensure transparency. Create equitable means of exchange (of real value). Return and secure individual sovereignty.

That is a true title of ownership. Indicates true private and sole ownership of property by the owner named on the title. Funny (actually, not so funny) that we don't know what this is anymore. If you hold alodial to any property, you cannot be lawfully taxed on that property - no tags on the car or registration, no property tax on your land and home(s). Texas is the only state left in the union where you can still gain alodial title on land (although this probably be gone soon). This title has slowly been destroyed in every state over the years in a "coup" you might say.

There is still a trick to getting it on your automobile - have to get the MSO (Manufacturers Statement of Origin) when you purchase it. Otherwise it is sent to the state whereby the state claims shared ownership of the car - hence why you have to pay registration, taxes and anual tag fees (it's technically a lease from the co-owner - the state).

Badnarik's constitution class goes over this in part 1 or 2.

This is one of the reasons why you HAVE to watch this constitution class. It will make you SOOOO FURIOUS to see what has happened underneath our noses.

I had tried to look the word up in the dictionary and it wasn't there!! I was sure it was a typo and I thought I was asking you for what you really meant to say...

Okay, I'm working on updating the list...

Okay, I'm unclear what is added by "to entropy."

Don't we just want to end the currency/bankers paradigm? In other words, have a new paradigm?

How are you using the word "entropy" here?

How are you using the word "entropy" here?
If you fight what exists you empower it... But when you start something altogether New, a change of focus (grabbing the next vine before letting go of the old vine), the old will fall into disarray through lack of attention, fall apart, disintegrate; Entropy. The elite are no longer needed therefore leave them alone to fight amongst themselves.

If there is no attention given to them all they can do is throw temper tantrums for attention, and if no one is listening anymore, that behavior falls away to entropy the power of Disempowerment. We teach others how to treat US.

But there is a fly in the ointment... they operate in the Darkside Polarity "If I can't have it you can't either." So operating in two worlds is key so they don't get the gumption (chance) to destroy what they can't have. Patronizing them in their old system (a reflection of distraction) is temporarily strategic while constructing the New.

I get it!!

Okay, I would like to suggest this change. Change is in italics:

"Begin reaching for self perpetuation/abundance creation that costs nothing to maintain and is freely available by exchanging: ideas, inventions, knowledge, free energy, alchemy, nutrition, illumination, youthfulness, etc., openly for all. Draw in technology that is thousands of years (or more) ahead of our time. End the currency/bankers paradigm via. the entropy that will result when we create this new paradigm for society."

Priority!!!
*Research! All gossipy magazines research & print stories about corrupt public figures instead. Focus on money and murder, not extramarital sex. - and bring them down like paparazzi stealth bombers (forget celebrities, do homeless-only and soup kitchen profiles for one year...)
*Review libel and slander laws that prevent major news sources from doing the hard stuff
*Re-think advertising income and its effect on stories, e.g. auto manufacturers and ads that keep/kept media afloat. This twisted relation ... ideas?...

Really, because something's really effin wrong here...

The American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) has called for an immediate moratorium on genetically modified foods.

Here's the link to the Press Advisory dated May 19, 2009:

http://www.aaemonline.org/pressrelease.html

I'm wondering whether this will go anywhere. Does anyone know anything about the AAEM?

Thanks for a good laugh!

I'm hoping everyone can use this list as a springboard for discussion.

If anyone finds fledgling organizations or informal groups of people or even individuals who are working on projects that would implement any of the ideas gathered in this list, please post the info on this thread.

And thanks everyone who contributed to the list!!

Well, great job on the list. While I'm being somewhat facetious with my comment, there is some truth in it as well... part of the reason things have gotten so crummy is because the regular people who are not a part of some blue bloodline social club feel powerless and don't bother to get involved in their own government.

The system itself was designed in the beginning to enable the people to run their own country. The people thinking that government is so far beyond them and they can only comment from the sidelines is a big part of the problem.

You've obviously got a good head on your shoulders, that's a great list. You're more competent than 95% of the government already with that list. So why aren't you getting involved? Ron Paul proves that you can be a good person and be in government. Campaign for Liberty is supposed to be about getting regular people active in their government...

That's the only way that the country will be fixed, when we realize it's our Country and our world, not some big faceless elites.

Anyway, great list to all those who are participating.

I used to be active in the presidential primaries. But I feel now that the presidential election process is so corrupt and so far gone that putting my energy there is useless.

Now I'm looking for ways to get involved at the state and local level, and even at the level of governing my condominium association, where we have a Board of Directors and a budget and Hearings.

I also feel that what we're posting here on Avalon is getting involved. We have guests who read Avalon. I think this is reaching out at the grassroots level. I'm hoping our posts will encourage people who read to turn off their TV, think for themselves, and refuse to cooperate with efforts to bring in the New World Order.

Yes, I definitely see you are doing your part, was more just a general statement I think that when we realize this is our Country and our world, and we all get involved, or at least the top 10% of conscious people get involved, then we'll turn things around.

I also think we are given this view that the people in charge are so much smarter and better than us that we could never actually have a position making decisions. But really, they're just the sell outs that are running things and the good people, the regular people, have to just stand up and realize they have the power to change their Country and their world.

Anyway, keep up the great work!
