I have been asked not to mention other sites here and the problems i am having on those sites and thats fine, no names of these sites, but I will say that 4 different sites i have accessed have been tampered with, posts not being posted, emails sent not getting there, emails recieved tampered with,friends accounts totally deleted.


At least 2 different forums I can not access at all, redirected, error messages 404, messeges saying server busy, and yet this only happens when I try to log in to these sites, in other words I can visit these sites where I have acctive accounts, and yet I am being prevented from participitating.

Now because e-mails have been tampered with I have logged a formal complaint with the FCC and prompted an investigation.

On another note, my lawyers neice watched me go down a street here in Portland, a few minutes later I was seen walking a couple hundred feet behind me identical in every way, she walked out of a store to witness me twice, the same alien replican who lived my life in my place in washington, in other words he is here in Portland now and I wonder what kind of mischef he is creating in my place.

A friend of mine went and drove by one of our new penetentaries which were built all over the country, Penetentaries which were built at the cost of billions to U.S. tax payers, Penetentaries which are supposedly empty due to lack of funding all of these new jails are supposedly empty, Saw that one of these jails was fully staffed, and sherrifs busses leaving and arriving full of people, these new JAILS ARE NOT EMPTY as advertized, they are filling up with people who have been kidnapped replaced by Extra Terestrials, people who are not technically missing so no one is questioning anything. We are being replaced.

And our new court houses like the Mark O Hatfield in portland Or. and the one at 7th and market st. in San Francisco are in every major city on the planet and there are particle accelerators built into these buildings they can be seen, they are identical to the partical accelerator at Fermi Lab outside of Chicago

You know, Kevin, some of those threats look to be from anonymous crackpots playing with your mind. This is not to discount some may be true death threats, but I am appalled at the human condition where jerks love to play on the fears of those who are already so tormented. Sick. Sick. Sick. Just go out and read any youtube page with comments and there are likely to be numerous derogatory, inflammatory, or threatening comments.

This stuff, if true, is very scary. The story is so sensational that I am a bit skeptical. Is the equipment referred to related to proton accelerators which exist in some select hospital environments such as Harvard? You are right, the story is scary, if true. If we dissect it, item by item, there is enough possible technology out there to make some of it happen.

Also, having someone seeing yr double is something friends of mine have experienced. I have even been told how this is possible, and how it may be used in a benign way.

Personally I think that someone is using all these possibilities to incite fear. I think there is mind-control involved to exaggerate what is happening. What is portrayed through the history of timetotelltheworld might represent their fondest dream.

If Kevin's story is indeed true, then imagine what your own state of mind would be like if you had gone through all that - most would be locked up. Maybe someone with some writing skills could help him better organize his story and information.

What if you were homeless and pressured with 15 or 30 minute slots of time to get online at the library and post your story? How coherent would you sound?

This is a person - a human being - that has been given a Witness Pass to come here and tell his story which he has just recently decided to tell to the world. Please treat him with respect.

Gently coach him with suggestions on a better presentation - give him a hand here.

I chatted with him today about answering some of these recent questions, but do understand he does have limited time on a public computer where he has to wait in line to get another time slot.

I don't see Kevin asking for any help other than to spread the word, because the shenanigans of darkness can no longer be pulled off when exposed to the light of the truth. I'm asking you to help by treating him with respect, giving constructive suggestions, and if anyone feels inspired to do so, to help him edit his presentation. Golden rule type of stuff - how would you like to be treated is this was you.

Well, well, what do you know. Sherriff Bernie Giusto figures in this story, being involved with the commisioning of this jail. I know a little about some of his shady dealings in the past.

I do not live in Oregon or California, as you do. The kind of whistleblower's testimonies produced by PC have been one-to-one. They visit the person and do an interview which is posted. They can verify their impression of the person which then reflects somewhat on the material that the WB wants to share with a larger audience.

How one can let in a person on a forum, any forum, and take that person's story as whistleblower's testimony, is not even reasonable. There has to be a one-on-one encounter as a point of departure.
