China`s Prime Rate at 6,66 % ?!

Hy fellows,

I dont know if anyone else noticed this odd thing, but china was just lowering his Prime rate exactly 0,27 %-Points to 6,66 % !

This is like a bad joke, isnt it?
I dont want to say, that his has a great meaning, but its actually really weird.
