Hi Logic,

I think your credit is going to the wrong place. The decision to red light Israel was taken on May 14 and as just come to light now. The real reson is that another war in the Middle East using US forces would massacre them.

The Russian ships going to Latin America have something to do with an oil deal that Venezuela is closing with the Russian government.

Indeed its just a public example of Russia trying to do something about US dominance.
We all know from private sources that Russian Nuclear submarines patrol US coast. But private sources are private.
However, Oil deal is cover up for fleet arrival. That ship is capable of carrying Nukes.
Where is article states that Western/Izraeli forces cannot handicap Iran before it can strike back.
