Did something strange happen over night?

Similar things for me, too, but was awake from 2 - 6, gave up and got out of bed. Enjoyed watching the birds play on my patio while the sun came up. Slept all afternoon. Mind you, the last few years have been like this for me - a reversed sleep pattern. Just now, feeling like it will change back, like everything is falling into place. Can't explain it.
