I searched the forum and did not find this info, that is why decided to post a YouTube link here - it simply offers to join other people in a short spiritual boost to our world.

The video starts with an intro from David Childerley about why he does it and in the 2nd part you are offered a chance to contribute more love to our world with a simple EFT tapping for a short period of time.

I personally did it and recommend from the bottom of my heart to the rest of the Project Avalon community
