I and a couple of other people thought about doing something like that several months ago. After some research, we learned that it had taken about 6 months of advance preparation to coordinate Fire the Grid. Maybe contact those people and see how they went about it? It was a hugely coordinated effort.

But our "small" effort here isn't so small, I don't think. Think peace and light with every breath!
