hey Jen, wow thanks for sharing that! I do hope that you feel safe and protected now..inspite of all these 'unknowns' you have had in life!
The whole sleep paralysis situation is interesting...I have experienced this on/off for years...and in the past year they have been frequent..in little clusters...but at the time of experience it is quite upsetting and sometimes terrifying for me! I wonder how many other also experience this??
I am going to open up another thread now...am curious !! lol
