You know what, after sleeping on this, I have finally got something to say - I wanted to post something last night (my time) but I was not in my neutral space.

If there has been anykind of actionable content, or actionable abuse of the forum systems then the moderators of this forum MUST and SHOULD act to defend the forum.

All things being equal in terms of the information available, I would place my trust on the side of the moderators.

I'd say wait and see - at this point there is nothing to loose.
