Been Awhile

Something Broke, OR NOT. I kinda went supernova this past weekend. Blamed it on a bunch of stuff. At least that is what I have been telling myself these last 3 days.

I opened up and laid it all out. This was at whom I hold closest. Know what? it helped. I see results instantly.

Now folks, not that i've ever had a nervous breakdown, that I know of. But I am pumped with anxiety, clarity and an awaiting of something.

Have any of you experienced anything similar recently.
