so much wisdom being shared here...reminded me of a poem i wrote a little while back:

I am you and you are me
That's all i have to say to thee

At the core we are all the same
One self playing the manyness game

The original desire that flung us afar
Experience junkies is what we all are

Each choice adds diversity and beauty
Different paths do not change our unity

Every single wave returns to the ocean
Don't fear dissolving without any motion

Permanent awareness forever at rest
Only perfection...no worst and no best

With or without form life does persist
The cycles of creation are not to resist

In timelessness there is no idea of when
Don't worry...it can all be created again
