Why are humans so damned nasty to each other!!!

Hi all

Been off a couple of days due to starting a new job, back looking after our dear old folk in mental health.
Sadly there is such disharmony there, people ( staff ) trying to get others the sack while the rest enjoy watching other peoples sadness.

I wish I never took the damned job. Seems the dementia clients are more human then the staff. So, why do we behave like this, every day another member of staff tells me a story where some one has been lied about to get them struck off the care register. WHY?????????

I am sorry to bleat this out on this forum but you guys seem to listen and have a worth while comment.

I think I have entered a hatred feeding frenzy there.
