15 % of the Population

I have heard David Icke & Cliff High talk about the 15% of the population with different DNA & what the PTB consider royal blood. I am assuming he means RH Negatives?

My daughters as well as myself are negatives and I belong to a private RH negative group. The majority of us seem to have paranormal abilities and have had ET contact or are very interested in the subject. Most of us have sensitivity to noise and are empathic among other similarities. Reptilian DNA not withstanding, I think we would be more of a help than a threat as David Icke seems to allude to.

What does everyone think?
