CIA behind ATS

I've heard this before, on ATS itself, which is kind of funny, but has anyone ever offered up compelling evidence that this is true? Some of the people there behave like "agents" and disrupt threads, etc. but that would mean that some agency or agencies have infiltrated and monitor the membership-but could they be actually run by psyops??

If Bill & Kerry or anyone who knows knows for sure, could you let us know?
