... perhaps from the perspective of this plane and how we have been ingrained within limitations ... yes ... this is a very powerful manifestation ...
where we are headed to ... this will be of the norm ... if something does not belong to us and serves us no purpose ... that if it isn't a part of our well being in general ... then it must leave ... eventually ... it will never have made it within us to begin with ... this is part of us now ... this is who we are ... it is all about knowing and feeling ... those limitations we thought existed ... really do not ... this is who we are ... we are our own natural healers ... and our oneness ... heals this earth ...

laughter is the best medicine ... ...
i believe when we laugh ... we forget ... forget our belief that we live within limitations ... that we are powerless ... that we must live with what is handed to us ... that we cannot make changes ... that we cannot grow ...

laughing allows that part of us to come alive ... the part that feels our freedom ... we feel so good ... in those moments we feel we can do anything ...

thing is ... we can ... we can do anything ... we just have to remember who we really are ... as you are remembering ... and sharing ... teaching us this is so ...

we ARE ... beings of wellness ... we are ALL ... healers for ourselves ... for others ... for this world ...

we do so through the love that we radiate from within us ... from our hearts ...

we ARE ... very powerful ...
