The role of the ground crew

The recent questioning of the general quietening on this forum (both Camelot and Avalon) motivated me to re-post some thoughts I had written elsewhere. Don't worry about the Ground Crew moniker... however, I feel that a lot of us here are identified as such and therefore I offer this re-post on the subject of what we are all about.

Here is my understanding of it: the idea is that some of us chose incarnation at this time, even though we didn't need to, in order to contribute to a special mission of helping out during the current ascension of the Earth into a new density of existence/evolution (known to some as dimension). These people comprise the ground crew. There is no science to determining such an individual, it is based on intuition and inner knowing. This causes arguments and heated debates among skeptics that many GC have little time for.

As I understand it the mission parameters include (but there maybe more I forgot!) are, in no particular order:

1) Radiate love and light (positivity)
2) Eschew fear and darkness (negativity)
3) Help people understand what is going on
4) Awaken other GC members who are "sleeping in"
5) Provide a leadership role or helper role when needed
6) Be beacons of calm in troubled times
7) Help with the manifestation of a new paradigm using meditative and visualization techniques
8) Continue our teach/learning as appropriate

When you take physical incarnation, the rules of the game state that you have to forget all your previously acquired wisdom and play at 3D human until you suddenly awaken and realize what you are here for and start remembering/activating your higher skills.

"All souls who begin awakening, become very important in the planetary evolution process. This again is a vibrational ministry and does not require you to speak information or words to others. It can happen without them ever knowing consciously what it is about you that makes you so radiant. They may not even see you or be near you, but the effect that your own self acceptance can have on the collective mind is beyond measure"
