Can some one explain to me Dan burisch's alien timeline

I find Dan Burischs testimony fascinating, and while I take everything with a grain of salt, he appeared to me to be very genuine. But I was just wondering if anyone could explain to me his Alien timeline and the origination because i got confused during his interview, The P42 and The P45 and the Nordic type alien race i believe it was, if anyone could give me some info on the exact timeline it would be much appreciated
