oldpaganfreak Avalon Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: great northern boreal forest Posts: 440	400 million to upgrade canadian military bases. i just heard peter mackay announce 400 million in spending to upgrade camadian military bases. he specifically mentioned building more accommodation at cfb edmonton. could this be for building detention centres on canadian bases?
