Photos of object near sun at sunset tonight

Photo just taken from my daughters nokia phone camera at sunset Sydney Australia 7.25pm EAST 4/3/9

Can anybody identify this object?
Note the twin tails.
Also mercury is visible in the eastern sky, so the object is not mercury.
We took 4 photos - it is visible in 3 of these.
