All:
I hope that everyone is well. I'm curious of the political spread here at Avalon and Camelot. My personal hope is that there is a fairly equal spread among us as far as political stance, as it would be a pretty powerful thing to see all "parties" here. I've always been curious of whether alternative thinkers like us exist across the board in terms of political affiliation. Of course, there is no right or wrong answer. Answer if you wish. ![]() Best wishes, Y. |

I'm voting for Yahushua--the Son of Yahweh. Voting for a man, woman, reptilian, or whatever you are can lead to death and destruction in this world. Yahushua is coming shortly to bring the Kingdom of Heaven, and he will take over the United States or whatever it's called in 3 - 4 years. Oh, take over the world too.

If I was American and if Cynthia McKinney was a choice I'd vote for her seeing as Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich are no longer in it. TBH from what I've seen, they seem to be the only 3 real human beings left in govt.

I actually thought of adding Ron Paul as he is rumored to be on the Louisiana ballot. Of all of them, he would be my choice because he has the guts to stand up to the PTB and he has the plan that makes the most sense. |

I think our elective system is a joke, but those who don't vote are no better off than those who can't vote. WHile I'd like to vote for somebody like Bob Barr or Ron Paul if he ws still in it, I don't think Barack Obama is a bad choice for the leader of the U.S. I think Sarah Palin is absolutely crazy, but part of me also thinks that she's not part of the system and that she's more of an ideologue trying to stroke her ego. Barack Obama spent his whole life being groomed to be a leader, and he was influenced by some very radical thinkers. There's no doubt he was approved by the system to be our next leader, which begs one to wonder if this change is just going to be authoritarian interjection under the guise of helping the people. However, part of me thinks he just wants to serve the country.
Here's the best Barack Obama video ever http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qq8Uc5BFogE |

WHY????
Why does it really matter who you vote for? Don't you guys realize its a giant scam? HELLO!!! Anyone remember the 2000 election? So, do you really think your vote counts? In a sense.... it does, but if TPTB want a certain person for president, he will get voted in. I remember reading about the voting machines fraud. Does anyone remember that? No one will say it anymore because its election time. So, go ahead and vote for whomever, but I'm pretty positive that TPTB already have who they want too win. So to answer the original question. I believe McCain will be the best fit for TPTB. And I believe Ron Paul will be the best fit for the American people! |

come on now. it still baffles me that people actually believe mainstream candidates (republicans/democrats) are any different from one another, let alone "fit" for the job. they are told what to say. they are told how to act. I bet they even think the power given to them is their own. it's a sad situation. i have never and will never vote for a 'republicrat'. if i were to vote, which i am not doing because i don't believe my vote counts, i would write in Ron Paul (he's not a republicrat).
I vote for freedom. I vote for happiness. I vote for peace. I vote for love. |

Let's just say they only printed off the printing press the $700 billion. Our money supply is roughly $7 trillion, that means a 10% inflation increase, also on top of our current inflation. That means your dollar eventually will be worth 90 cents when the 'real inflation' catches up. Inflation will reach a point where countries like China and Saudi Arabia call in their treasury notes so they don't lose money from their investments (Inflation out runs the interest). And then a hyperinflation depression. THE CANDIDATES KNOW THIS. THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE ARE NOT IDIOTS. THE PRESIDENT IS NOT AN IDIOT. ECONOMICS IS NOT QUANTUM PHYSICS (in terms of complexity). |

Niether.
Obama, much like Jimmy Carter, is going to ride a wave of popular sentiment to office - not so much an enthusiasm for what he brings to the table, so much as a rejection of the last eight years. Voters are going to the polls with pitch forks this year, much like in 2006. We will end up with a one term Senator who's only real connections are in Hollywood and Illinois. He may suffer the same fate as Jimmy Carter - although Obama will have both houses of Congress under his belt on day one, and for at least two years. Nadar, probably a good guy and supreme corporate watchdog, doesn't have a chance - heck, he's not even on the ballot in all fifty states. Plus, have you seen him lately? He makes John McCain look like a youthful lion. While nobody is really going to the polls with an axe to grind with McCain, he's gonna' get stabbed by the pitchforks mentioned above. His star rose eight years ago, and Bush crushed it. But when you are running against mobsters like Guilianni and cultists like Romney, you will get the nomination. Jim Webb, current governor of Virginia, should be at the helm of our nation right now. Read a book called "The Nightinggale's Song." Given his history with the Navy, given what we know about the Office of Naval Intelligence, given the wise words Webb speaks every time he gets in front of a microphone, I would speculate that he is a guy that knows a lot of stuff about what we discuss here, and genuinely cares for the human condition. |
