How about we take out the IRS all together. It was originally intended to be a temporary establishment. We need to as well need to get rid of the NSA. Jim Marss talks about this, and how the NSA is allowing for a under cover dictatorship in america. =)

Seashore, I would place "End all US wars of aggression and cut the Pentagon's budget drastically" as Number One. And I would not call for a flat tax as that is regressive and would severely harm the already suffering poor and struggling "middle" class of the US while allowing the wealthy to get off easier. However I do agree with Numbers 1,2,4,5 and 6. |

1. Stop looking to the current political system to be a "savior" (this goes for both the folks on the left AND the right..no exceptions).
2. Stop worrying about taxes and other economic junk and worry about humanity in general. Instead of tea parties where you wear teabags like a douche, try tea parties with your neighbors who could use friends. 3. Stop giving power to authority figures, including TPTB by posting their fear agendas and buying into them. Ultimately, Avalon and Camelot are full of conflicting ideologies and there has to be a balance between the folks that hate taxes and the folks that don't give a **** about taxes. |

"I have always been a firm believer in getting rid of the income tax completely, and changing over to a flat sales tax in every state. For example, every state across the board would have a sales tax attached to every item or service sold. Some items like food and clothing would have a very low tax with say 1% going to the state and 1% going to the federal gov. General goods and services would have a higher tax with say 4% going to the state and another 3% going to the fed. Luxury items like cars and homes over a certain price, and other items would have a higher tax on them. This leaves a portion of taxes to the state for them to do with what they want, and a portion for the gov to do what they want. It also doesn't punish people for working hard and making a lot of money since they're not getting taxed on their wages. It does however 'punish' them for things that are excessive and not needed. This would also make it so that there would be no earmarking of federal funds that you and I pay to the government for projects in some other state that we care less about." _______________________________________________ What do you think? |

On my list:
Full disclosure of all ET contacts, recovered craft, and associated acquired technology and science. Some of the technology has military implications and so continued control will be necessary, but it is time to replace fossil fuels. A real inquiry into what happened on 9/11/2001 instead of the whitewash we got. Full transparency in government leading to the end of corruption (I can dream can't I?) Nuclear disarmament. That's just the short term list, the long term list includes things like: A complete change in the way we select leaders. Nobody "runs" for office. Only people who are highly qualified but don't really want the job will be considered. |

I don't believe taxes are "punishment" because without them how could a society expect to have basic communal necessities like schools, fire departments, etc.? Frankly, I'm tired of the squabbling about political minutiea because what we really need is a massive paradigm change which will result in a whole new way of organizing people and pooling resources in order to become a more fair and healthy community. I'm not sure I can even envision what our new society will look like after this transformation. Hoping for a positive outcome! |

*** * Excellent list so far. To this, I suggest to add the following point: TAX THE PROPERTIES AND "INCOME" OF ALL RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS, WITHOUT EXCEPTION If we want LESS individual taxation (squeak-up if you want to keep paying more), then ALL those various religious holdings, Airlines, properties, lands, buildings, offices, "businesses," off-shore accounts, political "war-chests," and undeclared income of the religious groups = MUST pay a fair share. We are talking many BILLIONS in TAX revenue from all such religious groups. This MUST include ALL churches, temples, synagogs, meeting houses, mosques, tents, church-owned hospitals, EVERYTHING in all the absolute control of EVERY religious group which, by their contempt have been exempt. None can cry "discrimination," when ALL are included. * *** ******* Last edited by J_rod7; 05-22-2009 at 09:41 PM. Reason: add ideas |

I listened to the two Ron Paul interviews. I was confused because it seemed that the interviews ended with the idea on the table to abolish the income tax, not replace it with a "fair tax," which is a sales tax, but no discussion of how the government would raise revenue. I clicked on your second link, but it's too much for me to read at this point... Briefly, with no income tax, no sales tax, where will revenue come from? Please summarize in your own words... |

The US is operating under a system of bankruptcy where all value created (your labor) is transferred to the trustee - a privately held foreign bank. Because the value of your labor is denominated in debt notes (valueless dollars) manipulated by inflation and frequent theft through "economic cycles", the principle can never be paid off. Individual and collective buying power quickly reaches ZERO due to the need to continue borrowing more money, which the banks are happy to offer at excessive interest. Hence, financial enslavement (permanent debt). The credit card industry is a good example of this on a smaller scale... the interest eventually reaches a point that it cannot be paid off. Your spending power reaches it's maximum and your only choice is to borrow in times of need (which is how and why wars are started - enticement of borrowing), then leading to borrowing in order to just pay the interest. This is why nearly every piece of property is being leased (via property tax - cars, boats, homes/land) from the government and there is no longer real property ownership. It's all on lien from the actual owners - the very same privately owned foreign bank. The only answer is to default and start over... this is why the American Revolution and war of 1812 happened, why Lincoln and (likely) JFK were assassinated, and several attempts were made on Andrew Jackson's life. So what happened? We have a system of government in place that allows for coercion of all sorts on the votes of decision makers, the electing of said decision makers, and the allowance of the entire process (bottom to top) to be completely opaque. Top it all off with complete apathy, due in part to the fact that families struggle to make ends meet as both parents work due to inflation; theft of family inheritance and estate through tax, over-medication and health programs designed to bankrupt, and over-taxation; the dis-education of our children who are hit from all sides with damaging "pop-culture" music-TV-fashion-phones/computers & accessories and other "cool to be stupid" agendas, poisoned food and drink, immunization schedules (which doubled in the last 15 years) etc, set in place by the very force that has enslaved us. They are hitting us from every possible angle. I think we can fill in the rest of the blanks here. As Hidden Hand says... there is no way in or out that they haven't fully considered and taken advantage of. AND WE ARE LETTING THEM DO IT!!! How? Because each time one of us sees the problem, we LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE to do it for us or help us do it. When neither of those happen, we do nothing! Many of the few who decide to act quickly give up as they are :1) criticized and laughed at, 2) feel helpless as no one comes to their aid, 3) are too financially buried to carry on a long and meaningful struggle or 4) manage to find themselves dead should they make any real headway. The answer is simple, yet the poison has run deep. I can just see these elites sitting back laughing... wondering if we will ever get the gumption to fight back. Does it have to reach the point where they openly sacrifice babies on live TV? Where do you see it ending? Realize things will only get worse until we act. That's the message here: how bad does it have to get before YOU do something (and yes I point the finger equally at myself). And listen... I know all the reasons why it can't work. We need to start thinking in terms of what CAN make it work. There is momentum going our way right now! YOU HAVE TO SUPPORT (at the very minimum) in ANY way you can these movements! Do it! Make your friends and family do it! It all starts and ends with YOU. Yes YOU reading this!!! Get off your ass (lovingly)! Get off that **** medicine - find natural ways. Stop eating and drinking poison - get your own pure water system, grow your own food. Educate yourself about what you are consuming (see: "natural flavors", "gelatin", preservatives and anything else you cannot pronounce). Stop pouring poisonous chemicals down your drain or using them to clean, disinfect or color your hair. Don't pay taxes you don't have to (sales or otherwise) - simply say no to that new toy or gas guzzling nightmare of a car you drive with spinning hubcaps! Maybe you don't need 8 more pairs of shoes per year. Maybe the living room WOULDN'T look better with that new plasma TV, Chinese made persian rug, and fancy chemical sprayed laminate floor. Turn off your darn lights! Stop consuming! Consumption is why they have us by the curlies! This is how you can make a difference right now! Last edited by Jonathon; 05-25-2009 at 05:14 PM. |

Jonathon,
Thank you. I sense your passion for the subject and I appreciate it! Okay, do I understand correctly that to return to NO TAX means that we would eliminate the federal income tax and IRS, and replace them with tariffs (thus the name "no tax," it's a tariff not a tax) on imports and exports? If I do understand correctly, I'm thinking about updating the list to read: 5. Have a national debate about taxes to consider various options:

"Establish a tax on the properties and "income" of all religious organizations, without exception."
A friend once told me.... "If you want to get rich start your own church." So heavily tax the church to disburse the revenue back into the community and provide published transparency. |

What about putting "love and compassion" as the prime directive for everything in human affairs?
Then we wouldn´t have to do any wishlists anymore. Love would not tax it´s brothers and sisters to death. Love would not hide anything at all from it´s fellow people, be it ET contacts or the truth about 9-11 or anything at all. Love would never allow any nuclear weapons, or no wars at all for that matter. Love would not have a "secret police" for the overlords. There would be no overlords for that matter because every human is equal. Love would ...Well I think you get it now, you guys are not retarded or anything, haha. I´ll stop ranting ![]() |
