Default THINGS to REMEMBER that could save your life !!!

Because of recent abductions

In daylight hours, refresh yourself of these things to do in an emergency situation...

This is for you, and for you to share with your wife, your children, everyone you know.

After reading these 9 crucial tips, forward them to someone you care about.

It never hurts to be careful

1. Tip from Tae Kwon Do :

The elbow is the strongest point

on your body.

If you are close enough to use it, do!

2.. Learned this from a tourist guide.

If a robber asks for your wallet and/or purse,

DO NOT HAND IT TO HIM.

Toss it away from you....

Chances are that he is more interested

in your wallet and/or purse than you,

and he will go for the wallet/purse.

RUN LIKE MAD IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!

3. If you are ever thrown into the trunk of a car,

kick out the back tail lights and stick your arm out the hole

and start waving like crazy..

The driver won't see you, but everybody else will.

This has saved lives.

4. Women have a tendency to get into their cars

after shopping, eating, working, etc., and just sit

(doing their chequebook, or making a list, etc.

DON'T DO THIS!)

The predator will be watching you, and this

is the perfect opportunity for him to get in

on the passenger side, put a gun to your head,

and tell you where to go.

AS SOON AS YOU GET INTO YOUR CAR ,

LOCK THE DOORS AND LEAVE..

If someone is in the car with a gun to your head

DO NOT DRIVEOFF, Repeat: DO NOT DRIVEOFF!

Instead gun the engine and speed into anything, wrecking the car..

Your Air Bag will save you. If the person is in the back seat

they will get the worst of it .

As soon as the car crashes bail out and run.

It is better than having them find your body in a remote location.

5.. A few notes about getting

into your car in a parking lot,

or parking garage:

A.) Be aware:

look around you,

look into your car,

at the passenger side floor ,

and in the back seat

B.) If you are parked next to a big van,

enter your car from the passenger door.

Most serial killers attack their victims

by pulling them into their vans while the women

are attempting to get into their cars.

C.) Look at the car

parked on the driver's side of your vehicle,

and the passenger side... If a male is sitting alone

in the seat nearest your car, you may want to walk back

into the mall, or work, and get a

guard/policeman to walk you back out.

IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY. (And better paranoid than dead.)

6. ALWAYS take the elevator

instead of the stairs.

Stairwells are horrible places to be alone

and the perfect crime spot.

This is especially true at NIGHT!)

7. If the predator has a gun

and you are not under his control,

ALWAYS RUN!

The predator will only hit you (a running target)

4 in 100 times; and even then,

it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ.

RUN, Preferably in a zig -zag pattern!

8. As women, we are always trying

to be sympathetic:

STOP

It may get you raped, or killed.

Ted Bundy, the serial killer, was a good-looking,

well educated man, who ALWAYS played

on the sympathies of unsuspecting women.

He walked with a cane, or a limp, and often

asked 'for help' into his vehicle or with his vehicle,

which is when he abducted
his next victim.

9. Another Safety Point:

Someone just told me that her friend heard

a crying baby on her porch the night before last,

and she called the police because it was late

and she thought it was weird.. The police told her

'Whatever you do, DO NOT

open the door..'

The lady then said that it sounded like the baby

had crawled near a window, and she was worried

that it would crawl to the street and get run over.

The policeman said, 'We already have a unit on the way,

whatever you do, DO NOT open the door.'

He told her that they think a serial killer

has a baby's cry recorded and uses it to coax

women out of their homes thinking that someone

dropped off a baby. He said they have not verified it,

but have had several calls by women saying that

they hear baby's cries outside their doors

when they're home alone at night.

10. Water scam!

If you wake up in the middle
of the night to hear all your taps outside running
or what you think is a
burst pipe, DO NOT GO OUT TO INVESTIGATE!

These people turn on all your
outside taps full bore
so that you will go out to investigate and
then attack.

CALL the police !!!

Stay alert, keep safe, and look out for your neighbors!

Please pass this on

This e-mail should probably be taken seriously because

the Crying Baby Theory was mentioned on

America 's Most Wanted when they profiled

the serial killer in Louisiana

I'd like you to forward this to all the women you know.

It may save a life. A candle is not dimmed by lighting another candle..

I was going to send this to the ladies only,

but guys, if you love your mothers, wives, sisters, daughters, etc.,

you may want to pass it onto them, as well.

Send this to any woman you know that may need

to be reminded that the world we live in has a lot of crazies in it

and it's better to be safe than sorry..

Everyone should take 5 minutes to read this. It may save your life or love one's life

BLESSED ARE THEY WHO ARE CRACKED,
FOR THEY ARE THE ONES WHO LET IN THE LIGHT!

Did you know that you can use a lump of sugar as a weapon? They are quite sharp & when you scratch somebody's skin open with a lump of sugar you cause instant bloodpoisening.
Indeed, simple & sweet.

For men

Supermarket warning
While packing your shopping into your car you may be approached by two fit eastern european girls in tight tiny tops. They wash your windscreen and ask you for a lift to the next shop as payment

Sorry just realised the joke gets a bit too rude for this forum

people selling perfume on the street,
can often NOT be selling perfume

but have ether, it knocks you out,
when you take a sniff --
they steal your purse/or wallet
and, by the time you know what happened
they are gone with your stuff

Never leave drinks unattended and always be present when they are being poured out. Many cases of women and men being drugged by the date rape drug being put into their drinks

Hells Bells! Where is your 'knowingness', your intuition,. Why not create your day, your night, to be perfect and safe! Your visioning, your creation of how your life is and will be is how it will be. I would never envision what you have described above eXchanger. Your inner Self is your only and your greatest protection.

If you think you MIGHT be 'tazed' one could make a vest of foil...

It doesn't make any difference how many times its hit....

It will short every unit... " This could save your life....."

Thank you Susan. Well, I can share with you what my learning was in regard to danger. I was never particularly scared of anything except when my husband was away and I was left alone with my children.

Suddenly I aware of being alone without a male around! (Sounds pathetic I know, but that was then!) I would lock doors and be nervous at night! You have to realize I live in a safe place where nothing is locked and no keys are removed from cars! I wouldnt even know where to find the keys to lock any doors! Just the way it is and always has been. Most people, I think, would lock their doors around here but we never have.

Anyway I thought about this fear thing back then of being alone, but it wasnt until I read a book called "The Spectrum of Consciousness" by ? (can't remember, Itll come to me soon!) In it the author described each individual's world as "them". That everything in "your world" is you. All the people, all the circumstances, even all the animals (Ive come to realize) are "you" Aspects of you, attitudes of "you". This 3D world and especially religion encourages us to put everything into black and white, good and bad, male and female. Take religion for instance. We are encouraged to accept Good and reject Bad. But the thing is everyone has elements of everything in them. We have All the tendencies. Males have their female counterpart inside of them.Females have there own maleness. Everyone has negative aspects to them. What happens when good is accepted, or positive only, is that the so-called negative is projected out, into the environment. This then causes imbalance. The projected negative or fear is reflected back through people or events outside of ourselves. Yet it is still us, only denied, rejected! When people realize this and accept all parts of themselves then there is Balance.

As I read and understood this, everything changed. I have never been scared again! I realized that whatever happened to me, I created through my own thoughts, my own belief systems. The thing is that people don't even realize that they are doing this, its sub-conscious, automatic in them. Its to delve deep, very deep and dig out all this "stuff" that frees us.

I also understood this from the viewpoint of being a singer. I would get soo nervous before performing. This was the projection of my own energy OUT into my audience, which was then reflected back to me very powerfully. I now hold my energy inside of me and Im generally not nervous because I now understand the dynamics of my own energy. Maybe this may help others on the forum, I dont know. What I do know is this: Unless we start implementing all this knowledge and not just talking about it, its not worth anything! Its just philosophy. Its not worth the paper its written on if its not APPliED. Knowledge is power, but knowledge applied and experienced is WISDOM

Love and Light

Best you can do is stay in, barricade your windows with steel plates (don't forget to ducktape them first!) & ignore the doorbell ringing, though twice means it's the postman, perhaps with a surprise package or an important letter. Beware of impostors, so always look through the keyhole first. Better save than sorry! If you can afford it, install CCTV. These are dangerous times & you can't be to careful.

Of course there's the odd chance you're abducted by evil Greys or Tall Whites who, as we all know, can walk through walls. In that case shout out loud "In Jesus name!" Apparently that scares 'em off.

Scared people have a particular smell (& often sweaty hands) evildoers have a nose for. So fear no fear, but fear itself.

Personally, I'm afraid for nothing & nobody. But that's easy to say with a stepbrother who is a Hells Angel & who lives 'round the corner, with a dozen of his 'brother' Angels.

Yeah, some people have all the luck!

What about " tuning in "

Experience yourself from the higher dimension rather than to observe from
this dimension . This is the entry point of all you are.
Mastering Alchemy : choosing the most joyfull possibility and allowing it to be.
How can this be done ? By changing the frequency of thought , altering the harmonics
of matter and using the elements of love to create the desired results.
Alchemy is the recognition of all that is possible and then transforming one possibility into another.
