Maybe sunflower, if enough people leaned on the Canadian government, and told them about the Australian government's actions, they might do something along similar lines.

Fortunately we have Northern Santuary's thread re How to Make your own Solar Panels etc. He's a veritable gold mine of valuable info. Glad he's Canadian and Quebecois to boot!
