Apologies for bringing this up but i feel i have to ask questions...

What's this all about?
Myself and a few more have been slandered on the site on the link above as i have just happened across it.
Why are these people so negative and filled with vitriol towards myself and others on Avalon?
I have done nothing to offend them,had no interplay with them;they cannot leave Avalon alone and they're no longer members.Why can't they let sleeping dogs lie and get on with their chosen paths,putting their demons to rest,it appears they could be very young souls with much to learn...
I'm not saying i'm taking the bait but i have a right to question as much as anyone.
It appears that a posting i made a long time ago has upset people!?lol.

Why so many angst fuelled attacks on members who are simply trying to post alternative views on the world?I sense that there is much deep seated paranoia with these folk-i didn't make that post to attack Norval or anyone it's simply a posting for people to make their own minds up and my "lol"reply is simply that; a chuckle not directed to undermine anyone!
I laugh at myself all the time-this is a problem with forums the animation of one's face and soul feel is lost under a blanketted keyboard.
If Norval reads this then please accept my apologies as it wasn't my intention to offend in any way.

Antale, I wouldn't let this stuff bother me if I were you. These people were banished from Avalon and Astrovera. Sour grapes presented in an infantile manner. I read some of their stuff from both forums and really who would want to enter into a discussion with them? If you don't subscribe to their views you are to be voraciously attacked. Whatever happened to old-fashioned debates? Your presence is valued here. I have picked up lots of valuable info from your posts. I thank you for that.

I endorse what sunflower has said Antale. Attack reveals more of the character of the attacker, than the one attacked. Its difficult at times to impart something tongue in cheek, sometimes, or with humour, cos it can be taken up the wrong way.

Don't give another thought to these people Antale, we appreciate your contribution to Avalon.

After the first couple of posts couldn't bother reading anymore, as been said these people are being completely childish.
They have been banned, well that's for the better i would say Avalon can do without paople like that.
It's a shame people can not just come together, listen, comment and move on why all this disharmony!

A, I don't go to those negative forums as there is no desire to read or give any energy to someone who chooses to slander or tear someone else apart. If that is where they are in their own phase of human development - then that is where they are. Basically, they are feeding upon the sour grapes that they themselves sowed as a consequence of their lack of kindness and basic respect toward fellow members here.

Perhaps another way to view this is that like-attracts-like. In the beginning it was a free for all here and we were sinking under the negativity. Subsequently, those who insisted on being negative were weeded out and now hang out together feeding upon more negativity that they choose to generate for each other. What they do is about who they are as individuals - not who we are. This is akin to the allegory of the cave. These banned members insist on living in a cave of negativity while others who stayed here, who enjoy civil communications, choose to live in the open sunlight.

We love you. Just know you are where your input and energy is appreciated.

you're not the only one this has happened to.
I mentioned AValon at another forum and they insulted me and avalon.
they they banned me from the forum because I posted projectavalon as an alternate forum.
The forum i'm talking about is glp and i could tell allot of people have a resentment about this forum because it went into subscription and has moderators.
The vibe I got from it was that they were venting their anger.
It was really weird at first, but now I'm glad it happened. it just makes me appreciate avalon so much more.

Thanks everyone; appreciated, i just happened across that forum whilst surfing and was curious to see what they were talking about i.e. information on current events etc. All i found was arguments and no real interesting posts and the posting i made above.I realise they have problems with other members and each other also.I have dismissed this now;it's unenlightened behaviour,lol.

I have yet to witness censorship here, but you can well believe that if a paying member is censored, I will have my say, as much as that is worth. I have almost only witnessed the subscription Forum though and have never seen such an accepting and non-condescending forum before.

There has only been one brief moment of censorship, when Obama was elected. One of the mods didn't like any negative posts about Saint Barack to such a point that it would have taken this forum down, if left unchanged.
I expressed my dissatisfaction about it and apparently the crew was aware of it as well. The problem was quickly rectified.
For the rest: A top-notch forum with a lot of great souls!

There is no other forum like Avalon. On Avalon, I can actually feel the good vibes and the wish for a more pleasant forum atmosphere. We must still be careful of censorship and board baiting... but I fully believe that Avalon is where you go if you want to learn more about spirituality, and alternative heath care.

The only other forum I go to is ATS, and they do not allow board baiting or forum wars either. I go to ATS for scientific discussions, and come to Avalon for spiritual growth.

Just ignore the naysayers. Like Carol said... sour grapes. Avalon is still brand new and just finding her own path. From what I can see.. she is doing just fine.

I was attacked on Avalon as well cause i stood up for someone, by you know who. The people that have remained here on Avalon are the ones that should remain.
I also don't have enough time to visit any other forums, appart from avalon, i research other sites for new info like we all do.

Hey peeps, it's no hard deal with jack'o'danda me ducksies (i'm a little drunk on whiskerony,(Talisker)- We know that you are all booties (beauties,for the english spakerz,lol.), Wild stuff afoot- weird, to say the least; simply be beautiful and listen to the carriers of soul and spirit on this forum-I tend to post on the last fabrications of this third density to at least guide an awareness-There are many and MASSIVELY BEAUTIFUL entities on this forum;please feel them as no doubt you do,and at your own pace...It's indeed taking me a little time to understand,so many conjugations-this is why i probably post alot and gain a little,(rarely venture forth,if i do it be a mountain), 'tis the truth. There is so much warmth here;i do love you so much. The quickening is almost upon us-never fear the truths of yourselves as they are recognised as beauty. Sounds bloody toss that; but i mean it and felt it when i typed it! I wish that 'Brinty' would at least make a joke about things a little more for crying out loud!! For one,i know that 'England' will beat the 'Aussies' in 'The Ashes' this year!!lol. We're simply warming up lol...

The one reason that i am able to post here and be a part of this beautiful community is because of DANTHEMAN. O.K.: I would have probably found some way way of staying here,in this beautiful community-the point is this fellow;a bloke i have never met, paid my 'fees' as in a gesture of love and understanding-this guy is great! ALSO: eXchanger: A great lass;she's sorted me out with a couple of items that have been advertised as good health supplements,directly-prompt! Apart from their direct and prompt verisimilitude -their love is for all!
