Don't worry it's not about people being chopped up and served inside your big mac

I have to say that people in the USA are probably the most processed people on this planet.

Yup I agree burgundia, have you ever seen that documentary by Morgan Sperlock?, where he ate at McDonalds for a whole month, breakfast, lunch, and dinner?, I think it was called Super Size Me, or something like that. Great watch and disgusting at the same time.

When the elites go into the Deep Underground Military Bases'...which is really DUMB...the aliens will be waiting for them...in a chain of restaurants called 'Elites'. 'Eat at Elites...where the elites with good taste serve the aliens the elites who taste good'. Sorry, I know that was in poor taste. Seriously, the reports of aliens using people for genetic experiments and food is very upsetting to me. I hope it's just a boatload of disinfo-bs.

I really wish it wasn't just THAT difficult to even get around it. Obviously any gluten or milk product isn't really healthy for anyone... (grown up)

I think every "body" is different Czymra, I am definitely gluten intolerant as with a huge proportion of the population now. Gluten intolerance has much to do, I think, with degragation of our soils and the chemicals used in food production. The lack of nutrient density and the lack of minerals.

Dairy intolerance to me comes from pastuerisation of milk. In my own experience children that are alergic to pasteurised milk are fine and healthy on raw milk from healthy cows grazed on mineral rich grass. I milk my own cow so I make sure everything is healthy and balanced. Of course its a lot easier to eat well when one is growing their own food and raising their own animals.

I call it frankenfood. Processed food is so bad. They put msg in everything it is so bad. Msg can be call salt on the ingredient listing. I never liked natural flavorings (Aspartame) or natural coloring more tricks. I look at my body as a high performance entity therefore I only put in the best natural life source fuel I can find. Live food is the best food, and I am not talking about animals.

Well same here and it seems it's more and more people lately.
However, I just posted that due to being 'enlightened' by a homeopath that the body can't actually break down lactose because it's meant to be used in full when growing up. However, when grown up it will be useless and eventually jam the bawdy (?) of the intestine.
It sounded like it was something similar with gluten but I can't remember. My understanding of chemistry is fine by processes but don't ask me how things break down and react with each other. 0_o It just feels like someone even made the overview of food difficult. I mean, at which level do you enter. Food categories? Vitamins, Minerals, or all the way down to chemistry?
I just know that changing my diet changed about everything else in my life as well.

Czymra, Your brain is the first, primary recipient of the nutrients you take in. Improving your nutrition would clarify and improve your thinking. Why do you think the elite are downgrading our food through poisons and lack of minerals. It dumbs us down of course. Makes us easy to control. **** food, **** thinking, cause/effect. I think as we advance in consciousness, our own instinct/knowingness is our best advice as to what to eat. What to feed our body. Animals know exactly what to eat at any one time. There instinct is intact. Having observed the animals, they eat certain food and minerals at different times of the year. Sometimes they crave salt. Can't get enough of the stuff, then they won't touch it for months. When you put out free choice minerals, they will only take what they need and in the amounts they need.

We have been educated away, quite deliberately, from our natural instincts of what is best for us.

Cheers

Carmen

Ps We do need extra vitamins and minerals because they are just not in our food, in our soil. Our soils have been mined of minerals and nothing is being put back.

Good to hear someone else trusts that 'instinct'. I will go by that for a while and see what it does to me.

It must be nice for those who live on a farm or have access to land to grow food.

However, the reality of the matter is that there are people who have neither. To eat healthy, you are going to pay top dollar, as witnessed by paying more for organic produce and even regular produce at a grocery store. I would much rather grow my own food than go broke trying to buy fruits and vegetables.

And yes, I am guilty of eating processed foods. Guilty as charged. I need access to a good meal plan that allows me to make better choices in food.

It cost me $6.59 for a bushel of apples today. Regular apples, not the organic ones. These are local apples too.

If the elite can't poison you outright, they will price food out of your reach so you'll be forced to stretch what little money you have even further.

I agree with you Humble Janitor, fruit and veg are expensive to buy. Do you have a back yard or a sunny windowsill. You'd be amazed at how small an area you can grow vegetables in. Buy seeds (non hybrid ones) and put them away for the future. We are going to need them and educate yourself on gardening even if you do live in the city. These are the skills we will all need in the future. We all eat processed food at times. I'm certainly not a purist in any way. When there is no monetary system our skills are going to be our worth.

I do not have a backyard or sunny windowsill. I am on the third floor. However, I do have a very small patio that I may consider using in the spring to grow food. It's not wide enough to put a chair on it but it may be good enough to hold plants. I will consider this once the spring rolls around. I will also look into moving to a location at least a half hour outside of the city that I live in, preferably with a decent backyard for growing food.

Weston A Price, a dentist who traveled the world (1930's I think) studying the most healthy cultures he could find, found one of these extremely healthy cultures to be one in an isolated valley in the Swiss alps where the primary food was milk. The growing season was very short, so they didn't have a lot of fruits and vegetables.

http://westonaprice.org/motherlinda/lotschental.html

All the healthy cultures were isolated from the "modern foods of commerce" - canned, processed, refined, devitalized. As "civilization" encroached upon them, the health of young and old rapidly deteriorated, each successive generation being more debilitated than the last.

Aha, here is his famous book, online:
http://journeytoforever.org/farm_lib.../pricetoc.html
Nutrition and Physical Degeneration - A Comparison of Primitive and Modern Diets
and Their Effects by
Weston A. Price, MS., D.D.S., F.A.G.D.

Some African tribes had almost nothing to eat but what came from cows.
Again, supremely healthy. A bit out of optimal balance, very tall.

I especially like the chapters at the end.
Primitive people took great care that all young people that would bear and nurse the children of the tribe - got the best nutrition - esp for the *year prior* to conception.
# One Origin of Physical Deformities
# Prenatal Nutritional Deformities and Disease Types
# Physical, Mental and Moral Deterioration
# Soil Depletion and Plant and Animal Deterioration
# Practical Applications of Primitive Wisdom

Almost all mental illness is actually a nutritional deficiency or a genetic or trauma caused need for more of certain nutrients. http://alternativementalhealth.com/

How about the MILK CURE for many diseases:

I am so glad when the holidays are over I don't feel obligated to not cause a fuss and just eat of all that chemicalized food on the table. I shop in the outside aisles of the grocery story. Produce, a little meat and a little dairy. My mom and I get 1/4 of a 100% pasture-fed beef from a local rancher. Our coop has eggs from local natural raised chickens.

Thanks for your post Karen. There is real ****fight going on in the states of consumers wanting to buy raw milk and suppliers attempting to meet that demand. Don't know about the rest of the world. The magazine "Acres USA" is a great source of advice on where to get raw milk

People have been so brainwashed about milk. Even by the natural health people! Pasturized milk is not good for anyone. Raw milk is a totally different product, but it has to be raw milk from healthy cows and collected in a 'clean' environment. People need to educate themselves about this. Organic doesnt necessarily mean nutrient rich. A producer of fruit and veg can stop using poisons and sell fruit organically. It can still be ****. This can make it diifficult to be dicerning. The important point is the nutrient density of the food. Organic fruit and veg crawling with insects is not nutrient dense. This is a whole big subject. Read the books of biological scientific advisors such as Dr Arden Anderson of America to find out more.

The studies of Weston Price are fabulous. The advice is to get back to real food.

Cheers

Carmen
