Default Mineral rights in every country… who do they belong too?

Just curious… who owns the mineral rights in your country?

Minerals and natural resources cannot have owners therefore who is removing them for industry, manufacture, and profit? Each citizen of every country has an allowance or apportioned piece of the proverbial pie upon removal of any substance or mineral or natural resource so what are the procedures in your country for dividends, utility credits, and or profit sharing to either pay you, be refunded back to you or a credit applied to your accounts. Also, what provisions are in place to replace the disturbance to the environment or what alternatives are being implemented to remove the need for disturbing the minerals and natural resources?

Please do… though each country is unique in its character and available natural resources, each individual is sovereign and is the rightful trustee of that country’s bounty. Only corporations (not people) are bound by ‘Rule of Law’ (though politicians may try to spin this otherwise it is quite simple) and all individual citizens of each country automatically inherit sovereignty, whether that’s written into a ‘Bill of Rights’ or not doesn’t matter, as any legislation to the contrary is null and void on its face. The point being is that all individuals through right of inheritance as a citizen of a country share in the country’s minerals and natural resources that are being disturbed for market and profit. Any business practices to the contrary by a corporation, that side steps the individuals/citizenship, is duty bound through ‘Rule of Law’ to refund, credit, and payout back to each citizen an amount from whence the failure to include the citizenship/individuals of that country had failed to be applied; whether purposely ignored, purposely circumvented to prevent attention too, or an ignorance of lawmakers due to long term habits of business as usual over the time of 'slowly by slowly' burying individual sovereignty.
