Ohio Adult Protective Services has overstepped its authority

I've been following this DISGUSTING travesty unfold in Ohio.

All I can see while watching this is my grandmother or mom going through the same.
Is APS the vehicle for insidious citizen oppression?

I have reached out to someone I know in Ohio whom works in a related field, to see if there is something they can contribute or suggest in regards to helping Evelyn and her situation

We had a similiar case here in Minnesota

A woman Isabelle Jessich of Edina was being held agaisnt her will after her Dr said she could go home. She just won her case and is now home
But:

The Nursing home is losing their fundings and I say Thank God........Here is more on this
