Forum snappier and faster now

No doubt some of you may have noticed that the forum and Camelot were down for a short time. They have been moved to their own dedicated server and this "site should be much snappier and faster now," says davestj.

Dedicated server is always nice.

Whenever possible avoid sharing underwear, toothbrushes, and servers.
