Little Miracles

They happen all the time all around us. When you notice such a thing, it can be very significant to you. Everyone else remains oblivious even when you point it out, often putting it down to mere coincidence.

There was a major problem down the road from us last night. As my wife and I were laying bed a stream of vehicles raced by outside lights flashing and sirens on. Several fire engines, several EMT vehicles. I could feel the intensity as each one passed. Very odd. I got dressed and went outside. The activity was at a house where an old retired couple lives.

A little while later my wife came out to look as well. A crew was setting out lights in the field across from our house. Flight for life preparations.

EMT vechicles came back up the road and parked in front of our house. One helicopter landed. They was a long delay until the patient was moved to the helicopter. Not good. Finally, they do the move. Second helicopter comes in, first one takes off. Second patient is moved and second helicoptor leaves.

It had been a very windy day with gusty swirly winds but it was dead calm when the helicopters came and went. As we were laying in bed the winds picked up again. As I was contemplating this my wife also noticed and mentioned how fortunate it was that the helicopters didn't have to deal with that.

The professionalism of the crews was amazing to watch. I think maybe they had just a bit of help as well.

what a beautiful observation jnana ... the assistance those choppers received whilst they did what they had to do for that couple ...

you know ... i know for certain that the more awake we become ... the more of these miracles we are witness to ...

then we come to realize all miracles are the same ... large or little ... every miracle is the same ...

and then the more we observe them ... we begin to process this a little deeper ... and thus no longer do we view them as miracles ... not in a sense that we observe them as a separate occurance from life ...

we soon begin to realize life is a composite of all miracles ... beautifully integrated ... harmonically orchestrated ... intricately designed within the blueprint of what is ...

and ... who we are ...

one observation after another ... soon we come to feel our oneness with life's miracles ... and realize ... what miracles we really are ...

life is one miracle after another ...

one breath after another ...

didn't that feel so right to have connected this jnana ... to have felt it ...

beautiful ...
