Hey guys,
Just a short question: What is is that is currently handled as the equivalent to the German SA? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sturmabteilung) I'd like to know this for both America and the UK. I think I recall it to be the Blackwater troops in America but is there something similar in the UK? |

Erm, shouldn't this be pretty easy? I just need to find the right reference. I'm not sure where I read it again. Was it Naomi Wolf? Was it Free Man on the Land?

I'm not sure. The government are amping up the powers of Community Support Officers, Traffic Wardens, Car Park Attendants (not kidding) and the like, so it could be them?
I don't think I've seen a direct reference over here as compared with Blackwater in the USA. |

Well, I suppose the police here are scary enough. At least in London. I've read about the arresting cards being passed to traffic wardens but I doubt that they are anything comparable.
Thanks anyway! |
