Those who make it to the light realm get to reincarnate from the light (third level) reincarnate, but generally with no conscious memory of life before birth. Hence they are on the cycle of reincarnation.

Getting back to the question¡ If the dark forces keep it all in the family so to speak, and they indoctrinate (mind control the children) they are obviously limited in consciousness. Do they reincarnate or do they just fill up the astral realm. How do they achieve continuity of their darstedly controlled bloodline?

My knowledge on this is strictly limited to studying past life regressions and near death experiences (i havent died myself yet). From what im aware most souls make it to the 'light' or are guided there under a lot of circumstances.
Its most unusual for a soul to
not know that it is dead but it does happen. For instance someone who has died a tragic death such as in war, or someone who has been murdered may not realise that they are dead but sooner or later they will come to that conclusion when they find themselves floating around the astral which is noticably different from this dimension.
When you consider that Hitler was guided to the light its hard to imagine that there would be anything other then very few circumstances where a soul is not shown -or unaware of- the light. And it would be out of ignorance/denial/pain etc which would mellow out eventually im sure.
