This is My understanding. No - While some may remain "
Lukewarm" and not reach Enlightenment - Reincarnation is the safety valve Prime Creator - The First Source and Center of All Things - Father / Mother / God - The Is-ness - Has left for those aspects of Self so They may remain viable, even though They may fall a few steps back now and then.
Those Who choose Annihilation by renouncing Source, utterly void Their chances at reincarnation and redemption back to Source - Hence They're uncreated as They ultimately don't believe in Themselves as aspects of, and thereby return Their energy back to the Even Pool after dissolution...
That said, most Souls have experienced Reincarnation in their path through this School (
3D/4D that is) on their way back to Source, and will continue to do so as long as there are aspects of Source that are redeemable and reclaimable, or still on their path through the Schools. Also - Incarnation and Reincarnation is another way for the Ascendancy / Descendancy to provide Service to Others by recycling those Gifted to do so, upon completion of Their various Divine Missions.

If You manage to reach Enlightenment and are able to translate the 3rd/4th Density - Out of Reincarnation and into Light and Life (

DOES translate and is retained by You. Its Reincarnation in the 3D that the Veil is part and parcel of.

Perhaps, but its more a question of where can One best Serve Others. You'll likely go where You're needed not only to assist in more Light and Life Intiatives - But to further Your own advancement through the other Higher Schools of Learning as You move back to Source on Your path...
In the Higher realities - The competition is to see Who can help more or assist others more. Thats the competition at Higher Levels of reality.

This is how its achieved. The First of them will incarnate into the World of Man from the 4th and maintain contact with Their counterparts
NOT Incarnate, yet. They will foster a Family first, and then a movement in which at a certain age - The Human Family or Group Member is then prepared through ritual and mind control techniques / abuse until Their Psyche fractures. Then They can be "Indwelt" by another Neg 4th Entity - Again after the preparation and sometimes willing participation of the Person to be Indwelt. This is how They maintain Their Control Eon after Eon - Always with some of Them Incarnate Holding the Knowledge tight - While Others assist them from beyond this current Octave of the 4th...
