I suppose that this 'utopian anarchy' that is seen as the ideal condition can only work if everyone if not at least a critical mass of people is enlightened. I don't think that going down the reductio ad absurdum method will help anybody because it completely ignores, yet again, all the other shades of grey, let alone non-duality.
Linear thinking won't get us further here in my opinion. I can not provide an answer of course but I have the feeling that equal anarchy would at least be flexible enough to produce the same stalemate situations (in different ways again and again) that we have sought for with checks & balances.
