After reading all the praise for mms, and having been very sick over the holidays with a nasty virus, I've taken the plunge, and ordered mine yesterday.
The video was very compelling, he seems like an honorable man, doing some very much needed work for the sick who are unable to get the help they desperately need. Cheers to Jim Humble
