Hello Egg,
I lost a very good spirit horse on account of it. It's the second horse now. The first was real and a spirit horse - my leggy sorrel with a gait like magic. I'll never get over it. My second here was quick-witted nimble fearless mare - strong sinewy wise. I hope she's at pasture only, resting.
The new one is a nut. I set him free to see if he comes back to me. Then I'll know. It could be that he has better things to do. He is strong! would alert me, be my steps in the dark, give me warm breath in the cold, smell the foul before I do... there are no secrets.
You have heard flits - that's good! I hear loud footsteps, feel it, have even lulled it to sleep with soft mother words on my lap (which indisposes me). I think this forum's mission, in my mind anyway, is to reveal secrets. Normally, a secret exists to protect love & healing, not destroy it.
The cruel may laugh; and show their place by it. Besides all, the wars and rapes and butchering, I'm angry about my mare.
