However, that does not mean that it wasn't tried and isn't being researched. This is a very gray area and the
best one can do is pick up bread crumbs that point in
a general direction. Without a doubt, a controlled population would be a tyrants wet dream. The question
is not are they researching in this direction. I can prove
that they have been and are in a general way. The question becomes, is this technology real and does it work as advertised. Then, is it being deployed in the manner suggested in the article if it does work?
