Ok so if we take this at face value the goverments US/UK have the power to get into our heads directly.
This is not the first time I have come across this info,the last time was about new torture tech used at Guantanamo Bay which allowed them to pretend to be God and instruct prisoners to confess all.
The digi box thing maybe mince but the tech is available to them.
And can they not do it more subtly with "normal PROGRAMMING"?
Bear in mind how far back in time they have wanted this "weapon".
My question to all is how to protect from this electrical/phsycological outside influence/frequency??
I seen in a movie them using tin foiled baseball caps
but there must be more to it than that.
Out on a limb here the women who did the codex stuff seemed convincing to me.Maybe just a good actress but I dont think so.
