The reason for this is one of the following conditions or combinations of them in collusion.
1. Two Parties are fighting over the Earth's Resources.

There is no one left to Fight in this Quadrant at least outside of Earth's Atmosphere. The Quadrant has been cleared and the remnants of the Cabal(s) and Their Friends (Neg ETs) are using Earth and It's Bases as a last Refuge. That said - In order to end the Conflict once and for all - The Renegades and Rebels are being chased down in Earth's Atmosphere as this is the last place They have to run to.

From Zero Point/Static Field Physics - Electrons that are excited will remain in that State until They are decelerated by something else. Due to the Torque generated by the 5th D against the 4th D in Their power systems, this means that as soon as one of these Craft is destroyed - The Electrons of not only the Power System but of the Structure are either decelerated to 3rd D and fall to the Earth - Or - They might remain in a High Energy State and remain in the 4th/5th D due to their composition - Again while falling to the Earth.
There is a Video that I will link later that will show You that there is definately debris falling to Earth from a destroyed Ship, but when the IR Filter is shut off, the Object and It's debris stream dissappear. Turn on the IR Filter and there they are again falling to Earth. This seems to suggest to Me that while They can definately be destroyed - The Materials that They are using have unusual properties compared to what We are used to in the 3rd D. This is likely due to their construction and manufacture being completed in a Higher Vibration/Reality (4th or 5th D).
Please understand - This is only conjecture - But with that said it is wholly possible as well.
