It is not hard to find supplies. The hardest part is killing the pain during the procedure but some of that can be eliminated with topical xxxcains over the counter. Xrays will be the only way of knowing if all the decay has been removed so that is a problem.

But here is a link for supplies like bonds, cement, crowns and filling material. A lot can be learned reading about the products and procedures...

I would imagine a dentist of the early 1900s would have really appreciated having a Dremel tool. LOLOL

Here is a rough outline for repair or caries.

Clean area
Remove dead material (cavity)
Replace and seal with filling material

Crowns and root canals are different.

But temporary crowns can last a long time.
