It is not hard to find supplies. The hardest part is killing the pain during the procedure but some of that can be eliminated with topical xxxcains over the counter. Xrays will be the only way of knowing if all the decay has been removed so that is a problem.

Here is a rough outline for repair or caries.
Clean area
Remove dead material (cavity)
Replace and seal with filling material
Crowns and root canals are different.
But temporary crowns can last a long time.
