Henry Makow who published an article on the Rense website claims that this lawsuit was kept quiet because of the links between Rubin and the president elect Barak Obama:

You know what is crazy in all of this - the sheer amount of money thats being dealt with! Nobody on earth could EVER truly require that much money to live. Its greed like this that has screwed the world over.
