I have been reading about the signs of ascension for years now, yes have a lot of the symptoms, but as someone pointed out, it's difficult to differentiate between the symptoms of change and everyday run of the mill aches and pains.
A couple of years back I was staying with my daughter and started feeling that tingling, crawling sensation on my scalp. Wow, I thought, it must be the crown chakra thing. Turned out to be lice brought in from school by my grandson.
