I'm very very sorry to hear about that.

Hopefully when life is most senseless, we can try to make sense out of it, and conspire to love it anyway,
and that is a very difficult but also very important thing to try to do.
I wish you all strength, courage and whatever calmness is possible.
'Why' is the hardest question of all.
This is all too 'easy' to write from where I'm sitting, so please forgive me.

I hesitate to go on, but here is a quote from
our very English poet John Donne;

"No man is an Iland, intire of it selfe;
every man is a peece of the Continent, a part of the maine;
